Abstract
Un dispositivo para remodelar el tejido genital femenino, que comprende una punta de tratamiento y un mango, en el que la punta de tratamiento está conectada al extremo distal del mango a través de un medio de conexión, en el que el extremo distal de la punta de tratamiento es de forma rectangular, cónica, esférica, semiesférica, oval o circular, y tiene una superficie que comprende uno o más elementos de descarga de energía, en el que dichos elementos tienen una superficie interna y una superficie de contacto con el epitelio, y en el que el dispositivo comprende además uno o más de lo siguiente: (a) uno o más sensores de temperatura para medir la temperatura en o por debajo del epitelio; (b) uno o más sensores direccionales; y (c) uno o más marcadores de profundidad que muestran la profundidad de penetración de la punta de tratamiento dentro de la vagina.
Claims (1)
- 2REIVINDICACIONES 1. Un dispositivo para remodelar el tejido genital femenino, que comprende una punta de tratamiento y un mango, en el que la punta de tratamiento está conectada al extremo distal del mango a través de un medio de conexión, en el que el extremo distal de la punta de tratamiento es de forma rectangular, cónica, esférica, 5 semiesférica, oval o circular, y tiene una superficie que comprende uno o más elementos de descarga de energía, en el que dichos elementos tienen una superficie interna y una superficie de contacto con el epitelio, y en el que el dispositivo comprende además uno o más de lo siguiente: (a) uno o más sensores de temperatura para medir la temperatura en o por debajo del epitelio; (b) uno o más sensores direccionales; y 10 (c) uno o más marcadores de profundidad que muestran la profundidad de penetración de la punta de tratamiento dentro de la vagina. 2. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha punta de tratamiento está equipada con un asidero para el dedo. 15 3. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 2, en el que dicha punta de tratamiento está conectada a dicho medio de conexión a través de un medio de agarre, en el que el extremo distal de dicho medio de agarre está fijado a dicha punta de tratamiento, y el extremo proximal de dicho medio de agarre está conectado a dicho medio de conexión. 20 4. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 3, en el que una correa está fijada cerca del extremo proximal de dicho medio de agarre. 5. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 4, en el que el extremo proximal de dicho medio de agarre está 25 conectado a dicho medio de conexión a través de alambres. 6. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, en el que el interior de dicha punta de tratamiento comprende una cámara de enfriamiento interna que tiene una línea de suministro de refrigerante opuesta a la superficie interna de dichos uno o más elementos de descarga de energía, en el que la línea de 30 suministro de refrigerante comprende una pluralidad de boquillas configuradas para rociar un refrigerante sobre la superficie interna de dichos uno o más elementos de descarga de energía. 7. El dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, en el que la superficie en el extremo distal de la punta de tratamiento está total o parcialmente cubierta por elementos de descarga de energía. 35 8. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, en el que los sensores de temperatura son termopares, que comprenden cada uno una primera y una segunda unión. 9. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 8, en el que la primera unión está situada en el mango o entre los 40 elementos de descarga de energía y dicho mango. 10. El dispositivo según la reivindicación 8 o 9, en el que la segunda unión está situada en el extremo distal, el extremo proximal, o en mitad del uno o más elementos de descarga de energía. 45 11. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 8-10, en el que la segunda unión comprende un extremo romo que contacta con el epitelio y mide su temperatura. 12. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 8-10, en el que la segunda unión comprende una aguja que penetra en el epitelio y mide la temperatura por debajo del epitelio. 50 13. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, en el que los sensores direccionales emplean mecanismos electromagnéticos u ópticos para rastrear la posición de la punta de tratamiento. 14. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, en el que los sensores 55 direccionales están montados proximal o distalmente en el mango. 15. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, en el que los sensores direccionales están montados cerca del uno o más elementos de descarga de energía en la punta de tratamiento. 3 16. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 15, en el que los marcadores de profundidad están sobre la superficie en el extremo distal de la punta de tratamiento. 17. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 16, en el que los marcadores de 5 profundidad comprenden líneas en relieve, líneas marcadas o marcadores numéricos. 18. El dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 17, en el que los marcadores de profundidad están situados en más de un lado de la punta de tratamiento. 10 19. Un procedimiento de uso del dispositivo del dispositivo según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-18 para remodelar un tejido objetivo subyacente a un epitelio mucoso del tejido genital femenino, que comprende la etapa de enfriar dicho epitelio y calentar dicho tejido objetivo con dichos elementos de descarga de energía. 20. El procedimiento según la reivindicación 19, en el que la remodelación incluye contraer el tejido 15 objetivo, tensar el introito, tensar la vagina, desnaturalizar el colágeno, o tensar los sitios ricos en colágeno del tejido objetivo.
