Abstract

Material sinterizado que comprende una pluralidad de particulas de nudeo, que consisten en nitruro de boro cúbico; una capa intermedia sobre cada una de las particulas de nucleo, consistiendo la capa intermedia en WC o W2C, formando de ese modo particulas recubiertas, y en la que la capa intermedia tiene un espesor, tras la sinterización, en el intervalo de desde el 5% hasta el 25% del diametro de las particulas de núcleo; y un aglutinante que se superpone a la capa intermedia sobre las particulas recubiertas y que constituye una capa que incluye hierro, cobalto, niquel, sus mezclas, sus aleaciones o sus compuestos intermetalicos, y en el que la capa de aglutinante tiene un espesor tras la sinterización en el intervalo de desde el 3% hasta el 12% del diametro de las particulas recubiertas.
