Abstract
1.Culata de cilindros de un motor de combustión interna, del tipo de pistones con movimiento alternativo, caracterizada porque se forma con una lumbrera de admisión helicoidal, de la cual por lo menos parte de la superficie interna es una superficie mecanizada. 2.Culata, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque prácticamente la totalidad de la superficie interna de la lumbrera de admisión se mecaniza. 3.Culata, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque por lo menos el 50 por 100 de la superficie interna total de la lumbrera de admisión se mecaniza. 4.Culata, según la reivindicación 1 ó 3, que es una pieza de fundición, caracterizada porque parte de la superficie interna de la lumbrera de admisión se deja según sale de la fundición. 5.Culata, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la lumbrera de admisión comprende un paso recto que constituye el conducto de admisión, del cual por lo menos la parte extrema de salida se mecaniza a una sección transversal circular, y un hueco de cuya superficie circunferencial interna se mecaniza por lo menos la mayor parte a una sección circular o semicircular coaxial con el asiento de la válvula en el extremo interno abierto del hueco. 6.Culata, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque el hueco tiene una parte inferior con la forma cilíndrica y una parte superior en forma de cúpula, que se une en la misma, encontrándose el asiento de la válvula en el borde inferior de la parte inferior cilíndrica. 7.Culata, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque la parte superior del hueco tiene forma hemisférica. 8.Culata, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque una camisa de revestimiento adaptada en la parte del extremo de salida de su conducto de admisión y que se proyecta a través de la intersección del conducto del hueco, proporcionando la parte del extremo interior saliente de la camisa una barrera que se proyecta en el hueco inmediatamente por delante (con respecto a la dirección de turbulencia en el hueco) del extremo abierto del conducto de admisión. 9.Culata, según las reivindicaciones 4 y 8, caracterizada porque la camisa de revestimiento se extiende solamente sobre la parte del extremo de salida de la longitud del conducto de admisión y una parte de la superficie interna del conducto de admisión en su extremo de entrada se deja según sale de fundición. 10.Culata, según la reivindicación 8 ó 9, caracterizada porque una parte de la longitud del conducto de admisión, que se extienden hacia el exterior desde su extremo de salida en una distancia por lo menos igual al diámetro interior del asiento de la válvula de admisión, tiene su superficie interna totalmente mecanizada, o totalmente revestida por una camisa de revestimiento, o parcialmente mecanizada y parcialmente revestida. 11.Culata, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque el eje longitudinal proyectado del conducto de admisión se desplaza del eje de la guía de la válvula una distancia correspondiente a una magnitud comprendida entre la cuarta parte y la mitad del diámetro interior del asiento de la válvula. 12.Culata, según las reivindicaciones 5 ó 11, caracterizada porque el eje longitudinal del conducto de admisión se inclina en sentido ascendente en un ángulo de no más de 70 grados respecto al plano general del asiento de la válvula. 13.Culata, según las reivindicaciones 5, 11 ó 12, caracterizada porque el ángulo comprendido (B) en proyección vertical entre el eje longitudinal del conducto de admisión y una línea que une el centro del asiento de la válvula y el eje del cilindro está comprendido entre 45 y 135º. 14.Culata, según la reivindicación 13, caracterizada porque el eje longitudinal proyectado del conducto de admisión se desplaza del eje de la guía de la válvula una distancia correspondiente a una magnitud comprendida entre la mitad y tres cuartos de diámetro interno del asiento de la válvula. 15.Culata de cilindros de un motor de combustión interna.
