Abstract

Un cuchillo (10) de hoja reemplazable, que comprende un mango alargado (11) y una hoja reemplazable (12), proyectándose la hoja (12) o estando dispuesta de modo que se proyecte durante el uso, desde uno de los extremos (13) del mango (11), estando el mango constituido por dos partes (14, 15) y caracterizándose porque ambas partes (14, 15) del mango (11) están comunicadas entre sí por un dispositivo (16) que es accionable selectivamente para producir un movimiento relativo de deslizamiento entre las dos partes (14, 15) en una dirección determinada, ajustando entre sí ambas partes (14, 15) a lo largo de por lo menos una superficie inclinada en "cuña" (17) en dicho primer extremo (13) del mango (11) o adyacente a dicho extremo, de modo que el movimiento deslizante relativo de las dos partes (14, 15) en dicha dirección dada, hace que se acuñen entre sí las dos partes (14, 15) en el citado extremo (13) del mango (11), apresando firmemente entre ambas la hoja (12).
