[Also in Division H2] A device for removing insulation from the end of a cable or conductor comprises a rotatable and axially adjustable bar 3 having a cutting edge 6 at one end beneath an adjustable clamping bar 2 attached to a handle 1. A circular cut can be made in the cable, followed by a longitudinal cut, because the bar 3 is free to swivel.
