Abstract

Un método para fabricar una esponja de gelatina reticulada mejorada que comprende un ingrediente activo de proteína o péptido que comprende los pasos de: a) proporcionar una esponja de gelatina reticulada; b) aplicar homogéneamente un líquido que comprende un ingrediente activo de proteína o péptido a sólo una superficie de dicha esponja, en donde el volumen de la ingesta de líquido es igual a o menos del 5% del volumen de la esponja en a); y c) secar la esponja, en donde dicho paso de secado se lleva a cabo por horno de vacío, obteniendo de este modo una esponja de gelatina reticulada flexible, seca que comprende una capa estable de ingrediente activo de proteína o péptido en la mencionada superficie de la esponja.
