Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en bombas centrífugas de auto-cebamiento caracterizados por comprender una cubierta de bomba; una serie de paletas impulsoras principales, y asociadas, una serie de paletas impulsoras auxiliares, montadas para su rotación en dicha cubierta; un depósito de líquido con un tubo de unión hasta el ojo de dichas paletas auxiliares; un orificio de aspiración con un tubo de unión hasta el ojo de dichas paletas principales; una válvula de entrada de un solo paso para impedir que el fluido de retorno entre en el tubo de aspiración y una abertura de impulsión desde el lado de presión de la cubierta de la bomba, para que al poner en marcha la bomba, el líquido del depósito sea aspirado por las paletas auxiliares hasta la región extrema exterior de las paletas principales, con lo que el gas es arrastrado desde el orificio de aspiración con el líquido y conducido hasta la abertura de impulsión, efectuándose así el cebamiento del lado de aspiración del sistema hidráulico al cual se destina la bomba.
