Abstract

Pieza compuesta de un material rígido y semirrígido, que comprende una hoja semirrígida (1) y una banda rígida (2) de un material termoplástico sobremoldeado sobre la periferia de la hoja semirrígida (1), comprendiendo la banda rígida unos medios (3) de fijación de la pieza en un elemento de carrocería de vehículo automóvil, caracterizada porque el material semirrígido (1) es un material textil en la zona de paso de las ruedas, envolviendo la superficie superior de la rueda del vehículo automóvil y que favorece así la insonorización del habitáculo del vehículo automóvil.

Description

Pieza compuesta para automóviles.
La presente invención tiene por objeto una pieza compuesta de un material rígido y semirrígido destinada al automóvil.
Más concretamente, la invención se refiere a una pieza compuesta de un material rígido y semirrígido, que comprende una hoja semirrígida y una banda termoplástica sobremoldeada en la periferia de la hoja semirrígida, comprendiendo la banda rígida unos medios de fijación de la pieza sobre un elemento de carrocería de vehículo automóvil.
Tales piezas son conocidas por el documento de patente DE-A-3.712.882. el objeto de la invención es utilizar tales piezas para mejorar la insonorización de los vehículos automóviles.
A este fin, la pieza de la invención, por lo demás conforme a la definición genérica que da de ella el preámbulo anterior, se caracteriza esencialmente porque el material semirrígido es un material textil que envuelve la superficie superior de la rueda del vehículo automóvil y favorece así la insonorización del habitáculo del propio vehículo 1 automóvil.
Ventajosamente, la banda rígida comprende dos labios que sujetan entre ellos el borde de la hoja.
Además, estos medios de fijación pueden consistir en unas pequeñas cajas en las cuales se unen unas grapas o, más simplemente, unas pinzas integradas. Así, todos los puntos de fijación se integran en una sola operación de sobremoldeo con una precisión igual a la obtenida si toda la pieza fuera de material termoplástico. La pieza puede engatillarse directamente en la carrocería, lo cual permite una ganancia de tiempo apreciable.
Según un modo de realización particular de la invención, se integra una zona plástica flexible a la banda rígida. Esa zona flexible de la banda rígida puede asegurar la estanqueidad de la unión en unas zonas delicadas de la carrocería y contribuir a la insonorización del habitáculo.
Otras características y ventajas de la invención se pondrán de manifiesto en el curso de la descripción que seguirá de unos modos particulares de realización, que se dan únicamente a título de ejemplo no limitativo, con relación a unos dibujos que representan:
La figura 1, en perspectiva, una pieza compuesta según la invención que envuelve la parte superior de la rueda de un vehículo automóvil.
La figura 2, la misma pieza que la figura 1, vista en sección según la línea II-II de la figura 1.
La figura 3 es una vista de una unión entre una pieza semirrígida y una pieza plástica según la invención.
Las figuras 4A y 4B, dos modos de realización diferentes de los puntos de fijación de la parte rígida en la carrocería.
En el conjunto de las figuras, las mismas referencias designan los mismos elementos.
La figura 1 representa una pieza constituida por moldeo de un material flexible rigidizado 1, designado en lo que sigue por semirrígido.
La periferia de esta pieza ha sido sobremoldeada por inyección en un molde de una banda periférica de plástico rígido 2, tal como el polipropileno o el ABS, por ejemplo. En la banda de plástico rígido se preven unos puntos de fijación 3.
Según la invención, el material termoplástico rígido 2 sujeta el material 1 semirrígido para envolver la superficie superior de una rueda R de un vehículo automóvil. Los puntos de fijación previstos en la parte rígida aseguran el montaje fácil y rápido, y la superficie de material semirrígido, generalmente más caro, es reducida.
El material semirrígido está constituido por un material textil tal como la moqueta, por ejemplo, que permite mejorar sensiblemente la insonorización del habitáculo absorbiendo el ruido producido por las proyecciones de gravilla durante la rodadura.
La pieza constituye así un guardabarros que presenta la forma de un sector cilíndrico.
Como se representa en la figura 3, el extremo de la parte semirrígida 1 está rodeado por dos labios 2a, en la prolongación de las superficies exteriores de las hojas 1 y 2 y 2b, estando así la periferia aprisionada entre los dos labios. Además de esta acción mecánica, el material termoplástico inyectado en estado líquido a presión penetra, cuando el material semirrígido es poroso, en el interior de la zona inyectada y asegura una solidarización indisoluble entre las dos piezas.
Como indica la figura 3, es posible, durante el sobremoldeo, agregar a la parte rígida 2 un tercer labio flexible 2c en orden a asegurar la estanqueidad entre la pieza compuesta y la carrocería.
Según una característica de la invención, la banda rígida 2 está provista de unos puntos de fijación 3. Estos puntos de fijación pueden consistir en unas grapas 4 moldeadas por inyección con el moldeo de la banda 2, como se indica en la figura 4A.
Pero, en ciertos casos y en vista de las dificultades de moldeo que pueden estar producidas por la forma de las piezas, es posible moldear en la banda termoplástica rígida sólo unos alojamientos 6 en los cuales se incluirán unas grapas o pinzas 5 como se representa en la figura 4B.

Claims (5)

1. Pieza compuesta de un material rígido y semirrígido, que comprende una hoja semirrígida (1) y una banda rígida (2) de un material termoplástico sobremoldeado sobre la periferia de la hoja semirrígida (1), comprendiendo la banda rígida unos medios (3) de fijación de la pieza en un elemento de carrocería de vehículo automóvil, caracterizada porque el material semirrígido (1) es un material textil en la zona de paso de las ruedas, envolviendo la superficie superior de la rueda del vehículo automóvil y que favorece así la insonorización del habitáculo del vehículo automóvil.
2. Pieza compuesta, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la banda rígida comprende dos labios (2a, 2b) que sujetan entre ellos el borde de la hoja semirrígida (1).
3. Pieza compuesta, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque los medios de fijación (3) consisten en unas grapas (4) integradas.
4. Pinza compuesta, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque los medios de fijación (3) consisten en unos alojamientos (6) que pueden recibir unas grapas correspondientes (5).
5. Pieza compuesta, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque a la banda rígida (2) está integrado un labio plástico flexible (2).
