Abstract
El presente invento se refiere a un aparato de frenado súbito de una prensa, en una prensa que comprende un volante (5) y una rueda dentada pequeña (9) combinados a través de una polea y una correa de un motor de accionamiento montado sobre un eje de rotación (3) instalado horizontalmente en un bastidor de apoyo, un bloque de corredera (12) y una rueda dentada grande montada en el cigüeñal que está dispuesto bajo el eje de rotación (3) y, además, una rueda dentada pequeña (9) y una rueda dentada grande engranadas entre sí, de modo que la rueda dentada grande (10) gira con la fuerza de rotación transmitido a través del volante (5) y luego hace que el bloque de corredera (12) se desplace hacia arriba y hacia abajo, que se caracteriza porque el aparato comprende una guía circular (19) dispuesta en el cigüeñal (11b) y que tiene un forro (16), una rueda dentada radialmente (18) y una estría (15) que se estrecha, formada a lo largo del lado de la circunferencia en la parte central del cuerpo; unplato de embrague (22) que tiene una rueda dentada radial que engrana con la rueda dentada radial (18) fijada a una rueda dentada grande (10); y una horquilla (24) que tiene un par de rodillos instalados en las partes extremas de ambos lados del cuerpo para su rotación libre e instalados en el bastidor de apoyo (2) con el fin de permitir que la horquilla (24) se desplace sobre la guía circular (19) conectada a un cilindro (23) a través de una biela de funcionamiento (26), de manera que el funcionamiento del cilindro (23) permita el movimiento ascendente y descendente del bloque de corredera (12) a ser frenado súbitamente por transferencia de la horquilla (24).
