本发明公开了一种电动冲床,包括电机,电机上连接有转动轮,所述转动轮与飞轮通过皮带传动,所述飞轮连接有曲轴,所述曲轴上设置有冲头,所述冲头上设置有上模,所述电机包括定子和转子,所述转子固定在转轴上,所述转轴转动连接在支架上,所述定子底部设置有滑轨,所述滑轨与所述转轴平行,所述转轴端部设置有摇柄。这种冲床在正常工作时候通过在转子上通电使得转子转动,带动转轴转动,转轴带动转动轮转动,转动轮带动飞轮转动,飞轮带动曲轴转动从而实现冲压操作,在断电时由于直接转动转轴受到很大的电磁阻力,因此将定子向滑轨的另一侧滑行到滑出转子的位置,然后再转动摇柄实现冲压操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动冲床,用于冲孔,特别涉及能在断电时能够通过手动冲压的冲床。
背景技术
冲床生产主要是针对板材的。通过模具,能做出落料,冲孔,成型,拉深,修整,精冲,整形,铆接及挤压件等等,广泛应用于各个领域。
现有的电动冲床一般包括电机,电机上连接有转动轮,所述转动轮与飞轮通过皮带传动,所述飞轮连接有曲轴,所述曲轴上设置有冲头,所述冲头上设置有上模,这种电动冲床在打孔时,通过电机带动飞轮转动,使得曲轴带动冲头做上下运动,实现打孔,在塑料片打孔领域由于冲压力并不大,因此可以采用手工操作,而现有的电动冲床一般都只有单一的电动操作,万一断电时,或者进行试样冲孔时用电机来驱动冲床并不方便。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种电动冲床,这种电动冲床能够实现电动加工和手动加工,从而方便在断电时和冲孔试样时进行加工。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种电动冲床,包括电机,电机上连接有转动轮,所述转动轮与飞轮通过皮带传动,所述飞轮连接有曲轴,所述曲轴上设置有冲头,所述冲头上设置有上模,所述电机包括定子和转子,所述转子固定在转轴上,所述转轴转动连接在支架上,所述定子底部设置有滑轨,所述滑轨与所述转轴平行,所述转轴端部设置有摇柄。这种冲床在正常工作时候通过在转子上通电使得转子转动,带动转轴转动,转轴带动转动轮转动,转动轮带动飞轮转动,飞轮带动曲轴转动从而实现冲压操作,在断电时由于直接转动转轴受到很大的电磁阻力,因此将定子向滑轨的另一侧滑行到滑出转子的位置,然后再转动摇柄实现冲压操作。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述支架为两个且设置在所述转子两侧,两所述支架间的距离大于所述定子宽度的两倍,所述转子设置在所述转轴靠近其中一所述支架的一侧。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明这种冲床在正常工作时候通过在转子上通电使得转子转动,带动转轴转动,转轴带动转动轮转动,转动轮带动飞轮转动,飞轮带动曲轴转动从而实现冲压操作,在断电时由于直接转动转轴受到很大的电磁阻力,因此将定子向滑轨的另一侧滑行到滑出转子的位置,然后再转动摇柄实现冲压操作。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,一种电动冲床,包括电机1,电机1上连接有转动轮2,所述转动轮2与飞轮3通过皮带4传动,所述飞轮3连接有曲轴5,所述曲轴5上设置有冲头6,所述冲头6上设置有上模7,所述电机1包括定子11和转子12,所述转子12固定在转轴8上,所述转轴8转动连接在支架9上,所述定子11底部设置有滑轨10,所述滑轨10与所述转轴8平行,所述转轴8端部设置有摇柄81,本实施例中,所述支架9为两个且设置在所述转子12两侧,两所述支架9间的距离大于所述定子11宽度的两倍,所述转子12设置在所述转轴8靠近其中一所述支架9的一侧。这种冲床在正常工作时候通过在转子12上通电使得转子12转动,带动转轴8转动,转轴8带动转动轮2转动,转动轮2带动飞轮3转动,飞轮3带动曲轴5转动从而实现冲压操作,在断电时由于直接转动转轴8受到很大的电磁阻力,因此将定子11向滑轨10的另一侧滑行到滑出转子12的位置,然后再转动摇柄81实现冲压操作,为了操作安全,所述摇柄81与所述转动轴8可拆卸连接。

1.一种电动冲床,包括电机(1),电机(1)上连接有转动轮(2),所述转动轮(2)与飞轮(3)通过皮带(4)传动,所述飞轮(3)连接有曲轴(5),所述曲轴(5)上设置有冲头(6),所述冲头(6)上设置有上模(7),其特征在于:所述电机(1)包括定子(11)和转子(12),所述转子(12)固定在转轴(8)上,所述转轴(8)转动连接在支架(9)上,所述定子(11)底部设置有滑轨(10),所述滑轨(10)与所述转轴(8)平行,所述转轴(8)端部设置有摇柄(81),所述支架(9)为两个且设置在所述转子(12)两侧,两所述支架(9)间的距离大于所述定子(11)宽度的两倍,所述转子(12)设置在所述转轴(8)靠近其中一所述支架(9)的一侧。
