Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un fleje (W) laminado en caliente, elaborado en especial de colada continua en forma de lingotes recalentados o suministrados directamente del calor de fundición, de lingotes delgados o de flejes colados de un acero que comprende (en tanto por ciento en masa) C: 0, 001 - 1, 05 % Si: < 1, 5 Mn: 0, 05 - 3, 5 % Al: < 2, 5 % así como opcionalmente uno o varios de los siguientes elementos - Cu, Ni, Mo en una proporción < 0, 8 % - N, Ti, Nb, V, Zn, B en una proporción < 0, 5 % - P en una proporción <0, 09 % - Cr en una proporción < 1, 5 % y / o - S en una proporción < 0, 02 %, el resto hierro y elementos acompañantes usuales, el acero puede estar tratado opcionalmente en la fase líquida con Ca o con aleaciones portadoras de Ca, que comprende los siguientes pasos: - laminado continuo de acabado del fleje (W) laminado en caliente - enfriamiento continuo del fleje (W) laminado en caliente en por lo menos dos fases (tCK, tLK) consecutivas de enfriamiento aceleradoa una temperatura final, - la primera fase (tCK) de enfriamiento acelerado empieza como muy tarde tres segundos después de la última pasada del laminado de acabado y - el fleje (W) laminado en caliente se enfría durante la primera fase (tCK) de enfriamiento acelerado con una velocidad de enfriamiento de por lo menos 250°C/s.
