Abstract

Un método para elaborar un compuesto de fórmula general (R3-C)2P-L1-X-L2-P-(C-R3)2, en el que cada R es independientemente un grupo orgánico colgante, opcionalmente sustituido, a través del cual el grupo está unido a un átomo de carbono terciario C; L1 y L2 son independientemente un grupo de enlace seleccionado entre una cadena de alquileno de C1-C4 opcionalmente sustituida que conecta el respectivo átomo de fósforo al grupo X, y X es un grupo de puente que comprende un resto arilo opcionalmente sustituido al que están unidos los átomos de fósforo en átomos de carbono adyacentes disponibles, que comprende: i) hacer reaccionar conjuntamente un compuesto de fórmula H-L1-X-L2-H con un compuesto organometálico para formar un compuesto intermedio de fórmula M-L1-X-L2-M donde la que M es un átomo de metal alcalino, ii) hacer reaccionar dicho compuesto intermedio con un compuesto de fórmula (R3-C)2P-A donde A es un átomo de halógeno, para formar dicho compuesto de fórmula general (R3-C)2P-L 1 -X-L2 -P-(C-R3)2.
