Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de recipientes (19), en el que se extruyen hacia el interior de un molde de soplado (5) abierto una manga o tubo flexible (3) de material sintético plastificado y por lo menos una pared de separación (21) formada a partir del material sintético y que se extiende continuamente a través del interior de la manga (3), luego se cierra el molde de soplado y se ensancha la manga mediante la formación de un gradiente de presión que actúa sobre la manga, y para la formación del recipiente (19) se apoya el molde de soplado (5) contra la pared que proporciona la forma, realizándose el ensanchamiento de la manga (3) mediante la alimentación de aire por soplado desde el molde de soplado cerrado, situado en el lado opuesto al fondo del recipiente y orientado hacia el cuello (57) del recipiente, de manera que el aire soplado actúa con efecto de ensanchamiento a ambos lados de cada pared de separación (21), para formar en el recipiente cámaras (23, 25) separadas entre sí,caracterizado porque, por medio del cierre del molde de soplado (5) abierto, se sueldan entre sí el extremo de la manga (3), situado en la parte delantera de la misma al realizar la extrusión, y el extremo delantero de cada pared de separación (21), y porque tanto la extrusión del material plástico hacia el interior del molde de soplado (5) abierto, como también la alimentación del aire de soplado, se realizan desde el lado del molde de soplado (5) orientado hacia el cuello (57) del recipiente.
