Description
Claims (9)
- 가소화된 합성 재료로 이루어진 튜브(3)와, 상기 합성 재료로 형성되어 상기 튜브의 내부로 연속적으로 연장하는 하나 이상의 격벽(21)이 개방된 블로우 몰드(5)내로 압출되고, 상기 블로우 몰드가 폐쇄되며, 튜브상에 작용하는 압력 구배를 형성함으로써, 상기 튜브가 팽창되고 상기 블로우 몰드(5)의 성형 벽에 대해 배치되어 용기(19)를 형성하게 되는, 용기(19) 제조 방법에 있어서,개방된 블로우 몰드(5)를 폐쇄시킴으로써, 압출 동안 전방 단부가 되는 튜브(3)의 단부와, 각 격벽(21)의 전방 단부가 서로 용접되어 각 격벽에 연결된 용기 저부를 폐쇄하게 하는 단계와,각 격벽(21)상의 송풍 공기가 상기 용기내에서 서로 분리되어 있는 챔버들(23, 25)을 형성하도록 팽창시키도록 작용하게, 용기 네크부(57)에 할당되어 용기 저부에 대해 대향 배치되어 있는 폐쇄된 블로우 몰드의 단부로부터 송풍 공기를 공급함으로써 튜브(3)를 팽창시키는 단계를 포함하는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 송풍 공기의 공급이 완료된 이후에, 폐쇄된 블로우 몰드 내에 배치된 용기(19)의 챔버들(23, 25)이 충전되는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 챔버들(23, 25)의 충전 이후에, 블로우 몰드의 상단부상에 배치된 가동성 용접 죠오들(13)을 폐쇄시킴으로써 용접 프로세스에 의해 용기네크부(57)의 성형이 수행되는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 용기 네크부(57)를 성형하는 상부 용접 죠오들(13)이 폐쇄될 때, 용기 네크부(57)상의 용기(19)의 모든 챔버들(23, 25)을 밀봉식으로 폐쇄하는 용접 프로세스가 수행되는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 네크부(57)를 폐쇄 및 성형하는 용접 프로세스에서, 용기(19)의 모든 챔버들을 함께 폐쇄하는 폐쇄부(59, 61)가 형성되는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 네크부를 폐쇄 및 성형하는 용접 프로세스에서, 용기(19)의 각 챔버(23, 25)를 위해 분리된 폐쇄부(76, 77)가 형성되는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 폐쇄부를 형성하는 용접 프로세스에서, 하나의 폐쇄 소자, 양호하게는, 회전식 잠금 폐쇄부(59; 73; 79)가 형성되며, 이는 천공부(63, 78)에서 분리될 수 있는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 튜브(3)의 압출 이후에, 그리고, 격벽(21) 또는 격벽들의 각 측면상에서 튜브를 팽창시키기 이전에, 보조 공기가 튜브(3)내로 도입되어 각 격벽(21)에 대한 튜브(3)의 접합과 튜브의 접힘을 방지하는 용기 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(19)를 팽창시키는 송풍 공기의 공급과, 성형된 용기의 충전은 조합된 송풍 및 충전 맨드릴에 의해 수행되는 용기 제조 방법.
