Abstract
Un dispositivo de secado, que se crea en base a muchos sistemas de aire de ventilación dispuestos en un compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, y equipado con un dispositivo de condensación por calor (2), que comprende una unidad de condensación (21) y una unidad de calentamiento (22), y que tiene al menos un ventilador (25), con un volumen (6) del horno de secar, así como con, al menos, una puerta de carga (131) en el compartimiento (1) del horno de secar en donde se coloca la madera u otro material para su secado, con la ayuda de unidades de apilamiento por carro (5), con absorción gradual del contenido de humedad en la madera en el aire circulante disponible en el citado compartimiento (1) del horno de secar y en particular, en el citado volumen (6) del horno de secar, al menos una pared (11) que también puede estar dispuesta como una puerta, que está equipada con una ventilación (111) del sistema, que tiene el sentido de conducir funcionalmente el flujo de aire para ejecutar y monitorizar el tipo de modo de secado, en combinación con un deflector de aire (3) dispuesto encima del volumen (6) del horno de secar en el compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, terminando el dispositivo de condensación por calor (2) a una cierta distancia de la otra pared lateral (12) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, cerca del fondo (101) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, hacia el cual también se extiende el citado deflector de aire (3) cercano al dispositivo de condensación por calor (2), equipado, al menos, con un respiradero (31) autoajustable y extendiéndose el deflector de aire (3) sobre el volumen (6) del horno de secar hasta la parte superior (10) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, en dirección hacia la ventilación del sistema (111) y el pasaje de aire (30) entre el deflector de aire (3) y la citada ventilación (111) del sistema, ensamblados en la pared, respectivamente, la puerta (11) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, que forma una chimenea de aire (1000) en forma de túnel, en la cual se coloca un ensamblaje (40) de ventilación apropiado, que se caracteriza porque la ventilación (111) del sistema está dispuesta en la pared, respectivamente, de la puerta (11) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar, de tal manera que en su posición cerrada, se asegure la circulación del flujo de aire desde la chimenea de aire (1000) en forma de túnel en el área entre la parte superior (100) del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar y el deflector de aire (3) que pasa a través del pasaje de aire (30) entre el deflector de aire (3) y la pared respectivamente de la puerta (11), al interior del volumen (6) del horno de secar en una dirección hacia el respiradero autoajustable (31) y bajo el deflector de aire (3), hacia la unidad de condensación por calor (2), y cuando el respiradero (111) del sistema esté abierto, el flujo de aire se hace pasar desde la chimenea de aire (1000) en forma de túnel a través de al menos dos huelgos formados por el respiradero (111) del sistema siendo el aire soplado fuera del compartimiento (1) del horno de secar en el espacio abierto sobre el lado superior, a través de, al menos, un huelgo y simultáneamente el aire fresco es aspirado desde el exterior directamente al interior del volumen (6) del horno de secar a través de, al menos, un huelgo inferior.A
