Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de cuerpos moldeados sobre la base de un material de poliuretano en el que a) se fabrica una mezcla, preferentemente no viscosa, de componentes iniciales, que contiene monómeros que contienen, por un lado, isocianato y, por otro lado, grupos hidroxi con enlaces dobles reactivos, preferentemente acrilato o metacrilato que contiene grupos hidroxi, en donde los monómeros que contienen grupos hidroxi se emplean en una relación estequiométrica o en una relación estequiométrica inferior respecto al isocianato; y b) la mezcla se somete a una reacción de poliadición activada no radicalmente para generar un cuerpo preconformado polimerizable radicalmente, que presenta un contenido, determinable mediante el método DSC, de enlaces dobles reactivos no extraíbles de al menos 0, 5 mMol/g y está libre de monómeros extraíbles con enlaces dobles reactivos; caracterizado porque se dota a la mezcla de una forma deseada antes o durante la reacción de poliadición según procedimientos por sí mismos conocidos en la técnica de tratamiento del plástico, particularmente mediante fundido, presionado, laminado, extrusión, embutición profunda o espumado, y el cuerpo preconformado flexible, dado el caso elástico resultante de ello se endurece en cualquier instante, preferentemente después de otra conformación, particularmente sin desgaste de material mediante una polimerización activada radicalmente de los enlaces dobles reactivos para obtener cuerpos moldeados de estructura fija.
