Abstract
본 발명은 내장용 패널; 및 발포체 장식용 패널을 제공하는 단계, 상기 발포체 패널을 중합성 중합체 및 유기관능성 규소 물질을 함유하는 결합제 조성물로 처리하는 단계, 및 유기관능성 규소 물질이 반응하고 경화되어 발포체 패널이 목적하는 형상을 유지하는 것을 돕도록 처리된 패널을 목적하는 형상으로 성형하고 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지 내장용 패널의 제조 방법이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (13)
- 발포체 장식용 패널을 제공하는 단계,상기 발포체 패널을 중합성 중합체 및 유기관능성 규소 물질을 함유하는 결합제 조성물로 처리하는 단계, 및유기관능성 규소 물질이 반응하고 경화되어 발포체 패널이 목적하는 형상을 유지하는 것을 돕도록 처리된 패널을 목적하는 형상으로 성형하고 경화시키는 단계로 이루어진 장식용 패널의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장식용 패널이 배면과 전면을 가지며, 한면에는 성형하기 전에 섬유 강화재가 부착되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 섬유재에 스크림(scrim)재가 부착되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합제 조성물이 우레탄 함유 중합체로서, 유기관능성 규소 물질이 우레탄 중합성 물질과 반응하겨 패널에 도포될 때 피복 조성물 중에 유리 -NCO기가 존재하지 않게 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 OH/NCO 비율이 1.0을 초과한 -NCO함유 반응물과 폴리올 반응물로 부터 제조된 우레탄 함유 중합체인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올기가 탄소 원자수 3 내지 12의 알칸디올과 탄소 원자수 3 내지 12의 알칸산으로 부터 제조된 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 폴리카프롤락톤 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 조합인 폴리에스테르 폴리올기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포체 패널을 함침시키기 위해 패널에 도포되는 중합체의 양이 패널재 m2당 약 50 내지 1000g 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패널의 밀도가 중합체의 도포 전에 10.8 내지 215g/m2 (1 내지 20 g/ft)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패널에 도포되는 중합체가 하기 성분을 함유하는 방법.성분 (총 조성물 기준 중량%)중합성 결합제 80-98 중량%유기관능성 규소 물질 1-20 중량%촉매 0.01-5 중량%합계 100 중량%
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 중합체가 우레탄 함유 조성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기관능성 규소 물질을 장식용 패널에 도포하기 전에 중합성 중합체와 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기관능성 규소 물질이 실란인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 성형 발포체 패널.
