Abstract
Un material aromatizante para alimentos que es una disolución acuosa que comprende materiales separados de un hongo filamentoso poniéndolo en contacto con agua a una temperatura suficientemente elevada para reducir el contenido en ácidos nucleicos del hongo filamentoso, en la que la concentración de sólidos disueltos es suficientemente alta para hacer la disolución estable al almacenamiento a una temperatura de 20°C durante un periodo de un mes, o es un sólido que comprende materiales separados así del hongo filamentoso o es un material aromatizante que comprende un producto de reacción de tales materiales con un aminoácido que contiene azufre, sulfuro de hidrógeno o sulfuro amónico.
