Abstract

Compuestos de fórmula (I) en la que R1 y R2 representan, independientemente uno de otro, un grupo de hidrógeno, halógeno o C1-4-alquilo; R3, R4 y R5 representan, independientemente unos de otros, un grupo de hidrógeno o C1-4-alquilo; R6 representa un grupo de hidrógeno, C1-4-alquilo o bencilo; R7 representa un grupo nitro o un grupo amino, opcionalmente monosustituido con un grupo de C1-4-alquilo, benzoilo, C1-4-alquil-carbonilo, C1- 4-alquil-sulfonilo, C1-4-alquil-carbamoilo o C1-4- alquil-tiocarbamoilo; "n" y "m" son 0 ó 1; con la condición de que R2 sea distinto de hidrógeno cuando R1 sea hidrógeno, así como estereoisómeros o mezclas de estereoisómeros de los mismos, sales de adición ácida de los mismos e hidratos, profármacos y metabolitos de todos estos compuestos.
