Abstract
Disposición de cuerpo de panel alveolar, que comprende un cuerpo de panel alveolar (1) con un lado de entrada (2) de un fluido y con un lado de salida (3) de un fluido, en especial un cuerpo de soporte de catalizador para vehículos de motor, compuesto de capas de chapa estructuradas por lo menos en parte, que forman canales que pueden ser atravesados por un fluido después de su colocación en capas superpuestas y/o enrolladas, estando el cuerpo de panel alveolar (1) rodeado por un tubo de envoltura interior (4) y un tubo de envoltura exterior (5) colocado concéntricamente respecto a aquél, y estando el tubo de envoltura interior (4) configurado, por lo menos en una zona parcial axial (6), como tubo flexible ondulado con ondulaciones de tipo vermicular, teniendo el tubo de envoltura interior (4) por lo menos otra zona parcial axial (7), que se apoya en posición lisa sobre el cuerpo de panel alveolar (1), y estando la zona parcial lisa (7) y elcuerpo de panel alveolar (1) unidos entre sí mediante técnica de ensamblado por lo menos en la zona parcial axial (9), caracterizada porque varias ondulaciones de tipo vermicular, situadas una junto a otra, de la zona parcial ondulada (6) y el tubo de envoltura exterior (5) están unidos entre sí mediante técnica de ensamblado en la zona parcial axial (8), estando calculada en sus medidas de longitud parcial (8) cada zona parcial ondulada (6), prevista para una unión mediante técnica de ensamblado con el tubo de envoltura exterior (5), de manera que se pueden aplicar métodos conocidos de unión, en especial procedimientos de soldadura indirecta y/o de soldadura directa.
