Abstract

Sistema de conexión de doble vial para la conexión temporal de dos recipientes, normalmente un vial de vidrio o plástico (1) y una botella de plástico para disolvente (3), cuya finalidad consiste en reconstituir un producto seco, tal como un liofilizado, polvo, etc., contenido en el vial de vidrio o plástico con un correspondiente producto disolvente contenido en la botella de plástico para disolvente, presentando dicho sistema de conexión un manguito de plástico cilíndrico de cierre y conexión (4) con una parte inferior (5) que presenta unos medios de fijación (24) dirigidos hacia el interior para asegurar la conexión con el cuello del vial de vidrio o plástico, una parte superior (6) que presenta una rosca interior (15) para su acoplamiento por roscado con la botella de plástico que contiene disolvente y una membrana de plástico integrada (7) que se perfora mediante el reductor de orificio (22) de la botella de plástico que contiene disolvente cuando se enrosca en la parte roscada interior del manguito de plástico de cierre y conexión, separando dicha membrana perforable (7) la parte roscada interior superior (6) de la parte inferior (5) del manguito de plástico de cierre y conexión (4), y un faldón de plástico cilíndrico interior (12) situado en la parte inferior interior (5) del manguito de plástico de cierre y conexión (4) y que se extiende hacia abajo desde la superficie inferior de la membrana perforable (7), presentando dicho faldón un diámetro exterior que entra en contacto con la pared (10) del cuello interior del vial de vidrio o plástico (1), caracterizado porque presenta un anillo obturador elastomérico (13) fijado en la posición más elevada alrededor de la superficie exterior de dicho faldón (12), un tapón de cierre elastomérico (18) con una sección precortada (21) y una cavidad (19) en su parte central, aplicándose dicho tapón de cierre alrededor de un collarín cilíndrico (17) dispuesto en la parte interior superior (6) del manguito de plástico de cierre y conexión (4), extendiéndose hacia arriba desde la superficie superior de la membrana perforable (7) y siendo retenido en su lugar mediante una nervadura anular (16), con lo cual la membrana perforable (7), el faldón cilíndrico (12), el collarín (17) y la nervadura anular (16) son partes moldeadas en una pieza de dicho manguito de plástico de cierre y conexión (4).
