Abstract

Kettős ampullacsatlakozó rendszer két tartály időszakos összekötésére,általában egy üveg- vagy műanyag ampulla és egy műanyag oldószerfiolaösszekötésére, abból a célból, hogy egy száraz terméket, például együveg- vagy műanyag ampullában tárolt liofilizátumot, port stb. egyműanyag oldószerfiolában tárolt megfelelő oldószertermékkelhelyreállítsanak, ahol az ampullacsatlakozó rendszernek egy hengereszáró és összekötő műanyag palástja (4) van, alsó részében az üveg-vagy műanyag ampulla (1) nyakával biztonságosan kapcsolódó, befelényúló rögzítőeszközt tartalmaz, és felső részében a műanyagoldószerfiolával csavaros kapcsolatot biztosító felső menete van,valamint egy, a záró és összekötő műanyag palást felső, belső menetettartalmazó részébe becsavart műanyag oldószerfiola kilépőnyílás-csökkentője által perforált integrált műanyag membránnal rendelkezik.A rendszer a záró és összekötő műanyag palást (4) belső menettelellátott felső részét (6) alsó részétől (5) elválasztó, perforálhatómembránt (7), továbbá egy, a záró és összekötő műanyag palást belsőalsó részén (5) elrendezett, a perforálható membrán (7) alsófelületétől lefelé nyúló belső hengeres műanyag szoknyát (12)tartalmaz, amelynek külső átmérője úgy van megválasztva, hogy aszoknya (12) az üveg- vagy műanyag ampulla (1) belső nyakának falával(10) érintkezik, továbbá a szoknya (12) külső felülete körül, legfelülrögzítetten egy elasztomer anyagú tömítőgyűrűt (13), továbbá egy előrekivágott részt és középpontjában egy üreget (19) tartalmazó elasztomeranyagú tömítőbetétet (18) tartalmaz, ahol a tömítőbetét (18) a záró ésösszekötő műanyag palást (4) belső felső részén (6) kialakítotthengeres gallér (17) körül helyezkedik el és a perforálható membrán(7) felső felületétől felfelé nyúlik, és egy gyűrű alakú borda (16)tartja helyén, és a perforálható membrán (7), a hengeres szoknya (12),a gallér (17) és a gyűrű alakú borda (16) a záró és összekötő műanyagpalást (4) vele integráltan, egy darabból öntötten kialakított részeitalkotják.
