Abstract

Procedimiento para grabar patrones de impresión (3) para el huecograbado sobre un cilindro de impresión (1) en una máquina de grabar electrónica con un órgano de grabar (5) mandado por una señal de control de grabación (GS), el cual a modo de líneas de grabación graba sobre un cilindro de impresión (1) una serie de cazoletitas situadas en una retícula de grabación cuyas dimensiones geométricas representan los valores de tonalidad que se van a grabar, en el que las posiciones de los elementos (4) que van a ser grabados están determinadas en el patrón de impresión (3) mediante un esquema general del cilindro (32) y durante un corte de prueba que tiene lugar antes del grabado del patrón de impresión (3) se graban en el cilindro de impresión (1) unas cazoletitas de prueba (36) dentro de por lo menos una zona para el corte de prueba (26) y se valoran sus dimensiones geométricas para calibrar la señal de control de grabación (GS), caracterizado porque para evitar el posicionamiento defectuoso dela zona para el corte de prueba (26) sobre el cilindro de impresión (1) se editan el tamano y la posición de la zona para el corte de prueba (26) tomando como base la disposición general del cilindro (32).
