DICHO TRATAMIENTO CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR DICHA CORRIENTE DE IODURO METILICO FORMADA EN LA REACCION, CON UN COMPUESTO AMINO ACUOSO, QUE REACCIONA CON LOS CARBONILOS PARA FORMAR DERIVADOS NITROGENADOS HIDROSOLUBLES; A CONTINUACION, SE SEPARA LA FASE DE IODURO METILICO ORGANICO DE UNA FASE DE DERIVADOS ACUOSOS; Y SE DESTILA LA FASE DE IODURO METILICO PARA ELIMINAR LAS IMPUREZAS MAS PESADAS. EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA CORRIENTE DE RECICLAJE DE IODURO METILICO QUE SE DIRIGE AL REACTOR DE CARBONILACION, SE HA OBSERVADO QUE REDUCE EN GRAN MEDIDA LOS CARBONILOS PRESENTES EN EL PRODUCTO DE ACIDO ACETICO.
