Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de ácidos terpénicos a partir de hoja de olea europea. El objeto del procedimiento de la invención es la obtención de ácidos terpénicos, especialmente ácido oleanólico, a partir de las hojas de olea europea mediante tratamiento de dichas hojas con un disolvente orgánico y posteriores etapas de separación, concentración y purificación. Los ácidos terpénicos y en particular el ácido oleanólico son de utilidad en la industria farmacéutica por su actividad antitumoral, antiinflamatoria y bactericida. Mediante el procedimiento de la invención es posible obtener en una sola etapa de extracción un alto rendimiento (del 2% al 3%, referido al peso de hoja), combinado con un grado de pureza superior al 95%, que permite reducir el número de etapas posteriores de purificación.
