LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA REDUCIR LAS EMISIONES DE NO X DE UN HORNO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO DE MATERIAS PRIMAS, SEGUN EL CUAL EL COMBUSTIBLE DEL HORNO SE PUEDE QUEMAR EN AL MENOS TRES ZONAS DIFERENTES. EN UNA DE AL MENOS ESTAS TRES ZONAS SE QUEMA UNA CANTIDAD C DE COMBUSTIBLE, EN UNA SEGUNDA DE ESTAS ZONAS SE QUEMA UNA CANTIDAD B DE COMBUSTIBLE Y EN ESTA SEGUNDA ZONA SE INTRODUCEN TAMBIEN LOS GASES DE ESCAPE QUE CONTIENEN NO PROCEDENTES DE AL MENOS OTRAS DOS ZONAS. EN EL RESTO DE AL MENOS ESTAS TRES ZONAS SE QUEMA UNA CANTIDAD A DE COMBUSTIBLE Y AL MENOS UNA PARTE DE LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS SON ALIMENTADAS EN ESTAS ZONAS JUNTO CON UN GAS QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO. LA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE COMBUSTIBLE, B + A, QUEMANDO EN LA SEGUNDA Y EN LAS ULTIMAS ZONAS SE DETERMINA SEGUN LA NECESIDAD DE TRATAR LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS. CUANDO EL HORNO SE UTILIZA PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN CLINKER DE CEMENTO HIDRAULICO, EL TRATAMIENTO TERMICO CONSISTE EN UN PRECALENTAMIENTO, CALCINACION, SINTERIZACION Y REFRIGERACION DE LA MATERIA PRIMA MINERAL. EN LA INVENCION SE PRETENDE PRESENTAR UN METODO A TRAVES DEL CUAL SE OBTENGA UNA EMISION DE NO X REDUCIDA DEL HORNO, QUE PERMITA AL MISMO TIEMPO LA UTILIZACION DE COMBUSTIBLES DE BAJA REACTIVIDAD, TALES COMO COQUE DE PETROLEO, ANTRACITA Y OTROS CARBONES CON UN BAJO CONTENIDO DE GAS, EN ZONAS A UNA TEMPERATURA RELATIVAMENTE BAJA. SEGUN LA INVENCION, ESTE OBJETIVO SE CONSIGUE AJUSTANDO LAS CANTIDADES DE COMBUSTIBLE, B Y A, EN UNA DIRECCION HACIA ARRIBA Y HACIA ABAJO HASTA QUE SE CONSIGA ALCANZAR UN CONTENIDO MINIMO DE NO EN LOS GASES DE ESCAPE PROCEDENTES DE LA ZONA A LA QUE SON ALIMENTADOS LOS GASES DE ESCAPE QUE CONTIENEN NO DEL RESTO DE LAS ZONAS DE COMBUSTION.
