Abstract
Un dispositivo que, independientemente de los parámetros de herramientas de la máquina, proporciona recomendaciones de velocidad rotacional para la rotación relativa entre una herramienta de corte con, al menos, un filo cortante y una pieza de trabajo, en los cuales dichas velocidades pueden dar como resultado un funcionamiento más estable de la maquinaria, así como la reducción o eliminación de vibraciones no deseadas que se producen en forma de ruido continuo; dicho dispositivo comprende: (a) un transductor para detectar vibraciones que incluyen un ruido continuo entre la herramienta de corte y la pieza de trabajo y que proporciona una señal electrónica correspondiente a dicha vibración; (b) medios para condicionar la señal, con el fin de optimizar la amplitud y atenuar los componentes de frecuencia no deseados; (c) medios para procesar la señal condicionada con el fin de determinar la frecuencia del componente espectral dominante; (d) medios para introducir el número de filos cortantes en la herramienta de corte; (e) medios de cómputo para calcular las recomendaciones de velocidad como función de la frecuencia del componente espectral dominante, así comoel número de filos cortantes; y (f) medios para visualizar las recomendaciones de velocidad.
