Abstract

Una fibra que tiene un diámetro en un intervalo de 0,1a 50 deniers,que se preparó a partir de una mezcla de polímeros, en la que la mezcla de polímeros comprende: A) de 0,5 % a 25 % en peso (por ciento en peso de la mezcla de polímeros) de un primer polímero que tiene un interpolímero homogéneo de etileno/alfa-olefina que tiene: I. un índice de fusión de 0,5 a 100 gramos/10 minutos. II. una densidad de 0,850 a 0,920 gramos/cm 3 , y B) un segundo polímero que era un homopolímero de etileno o un interpolímero de etileno/alfa-olefina que tiene: I. un índice de fusión de 0,5 a 500 gramos/10 minutos, y II. una densidad que era al menos 0,01 gramos/cm3 mayor que la densidad del primer polímero en la que la fibra es susceptible de pegarse a una temperatura menor que 165º C.
