Abstract

하기 (a),(b)로 구성되는 ?? 블렌드; (a) 입방 센티미터당 적어도 0.94그램의 밀도, 10분당 25그램 이상의 용융지수, 및 2 내지 12의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 10 내지 80중량%의 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 수지, 및 (b) 입방 센티미터당 0.955그램 이하의 밀도, 10분당 2 내지 10그램의 고하중 용융지수, 및 2 내지 10의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 20 내지 90중량%의 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체; 이때 상기 물질의 조성물은 10분당 0.05그램 이상의 용융지수를 갖는다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 입방 센티미터당 적어도 0.94그램의 밀도, 10분당 25그램 이상의 용융지수, 및 2 내지 12의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 10 내지 80중량%의 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 수지, 및 (b) 입방 센티미터당 0.955그램 이하의 밀도, 10분당 2 내지 10그램의 고하중 용융지수, 및 2 내지 10의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 20 내지 90중량%의 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되고, 10분당 0.05그램 이상의 용융 지수를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 블렌드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 0.96 내지 0.98g/cm2의 밀도 30 내지 500g/10분의 용융지수, 및 2 내지 6의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 20-60중량%의 저분자량 포리에틸렌 수지 및 (b) 적어도 0.915 내지 0.955g/cm2이하의 밀도, 2 내지 8g/10분의 고하중 용융 지수, 및 2 내지 8의 불균질성 지수를 갖는 40-80중량%의 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체로 구성되고, 이때 상기 물질의 조성물이 0.05/10분 이상의 용융 지수를 갖는 블렌드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체의 상기 밀도가 입방 센티미터 당 0.93 내지 0.95그램인 블렌드.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체는, 중량%가 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체 수지의 총중량을 기준으로 하는 40중량%이하의 코모노머 함량을 갖는 블렌드.
  5. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 3-메틸-1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 3-메틸-1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 3-에틸-1-헥센 또는 이의 혼합물인 알파-올레핀으로 구성되는 블렌드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 수지는 에틸렌 단독 중합체이고, 상기 고분자량 에틸렌 공중합체의 상기 알파-올레핀은 1-헥센인 블렌드.
  7. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 수지는 공중합체인 블렌드.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 공중합체는 중량%가 저분자량 공중합체 수지의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하는10중량% 이하의 코모노머 함량을 갖는 블렌드.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 에틸렌 공중합체는 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 3-메틸-1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 3-메틸-1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 3-에틸-1-헥센 또는 이의 혼합물인 알파-올레핀으로 구성되는 블렌드.
