Abstract
Dispositivo para la dosificación automática exacta de pequeñas cantidades de líquido en un aparato de análisis médico, que comprende un dispositivo de detección (2) por medio del cual se detecta automáticamente una interfase de líquido (10) en un tubo de medida transparente (9) con un capilar de un diámetro interior de menos de 1 mm, preferiblemente menos de 0,5 mm, y se genera una señal eléctrica correspondiente a la posición de la interfase (10) en un segmento de detección (8) del tubo de medida (9), con un equipo de iluminación (15) provisto de al menos una fuente de luz (12) para iluminar el tubo de medida (9), un equipo receptor de luz (17) provisto de al menos un receptor de luz que recibe luz que atraviesa el tubo de medida (9) y la transforma en señales eléctricas dependientes de su distribución de intensidad en función del emplazamiento, y una unidad de evaluación (7) para transformar las señales del equipo receptor de luz (17) en una información sobre la posición de la interfase de líquido (10) en el tubo de medida (9), en donde el equipo de iluminación (15) está configurado para la iluminación constante de un segmento de detección (8) del tubo de medida (9) y el equipo receptor de luz (17) presenta un sistema óptico (18) de formación de imagen para formar la imagen del segmento de detección (8) en un plano de imagen (19) y una serie (20) de elementos fotosensibles estrechamente contiguos en el plano de imagen, una abertura de transferencia de líquido (11a) que está en comunicación de fluido con un primer extremo del tubo de medida (9) y sirve para aspirar y expulsar líquido, un equipo de transferencia de fluido auxiliar (16) que está en comunicación de fluido con un segundo extremo del tubo de medida (9) y sirve para la alimentación y succión controladas con precisión de un fluido auxiliar gaseoso o líquido hacia y desde el tubo de medida, y una unidad de mando electrónica (6) mediante la cual se puede activar el equipo de transferencia de fluido auxiliar (16) en función de la señal correspondiente a la posición de la interfase de líquido (10) de tal manera que por la succión o alimentación de fluido auxiliar al tubo de medida se aspiren o expulsen cantidades de líquido definidas con precisión.
