Abstract

Derivados de acil-piperazinil-pirimidinas, su preparación y su aplicación como medicamentos. Los derivados de acil-piperazinil-pirimidinas (I) donde X es 0 o S; R{sub,1 es alcoxi o trifluorometilo; R{sub,2 es alquilo, cicloalquilo, heterocicloalquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, heteroarilo o heteroarilalquilo, tienen actividad sobre el sistema nervioso central. Los compuestos (I) en los que X es 0 pueden obtenerse por reacción de un derivado de pirimidina con un derivado de piperazina o por reacción de un derivado de piperazinil-pirimidina con un ácido carboxílico o una sal o derivado del mismo.
