LA BANDA DE ACERO O LA PLACA SE APLICA EN CONTACTO DESDE 4 HASTA 20 SEGUNDOS CON UNA SOLUCION DE FOSFATADO A TEMPERATURA DESDE 45 HASTA 80 OSFATADO CONTIENE 0,5 HASTA 5 G/L DE ZINC, 3 HASTA 20 G/L DE P{SUB,2}O{SUB,5}, 0,005 HASTA 0,2 G/L DE NO{SUB,2}, 3 HASTA 30 G/L DE NO{SUB,3}, 0,2 HASTA 2,5 G/L DE AGENTE DE COMPLEJO DE HIERRO, Y DISPONE DE UN VALOR S DESDE 0,05 HASTA 0,30.
