COMPRENDE UN PRIMER VOLANTE DE INERCIA UNIDO CON EL CIGUEÑAL DE UN MOTOR DE COMBUSTION INTERNA, UN SEGUNDO VOLANTE DE INERCIA GIRATORIO CON RESPECTO AL PRIMERO Y UN TRANSMISOR DE PAR DE GIRO DISPUESTO ENTRE LOS DOS VOLANTES DE INERCIA EN UNA CAMARA LLENA DE UN MEDIO VISCOSO. EL TRANSMISOR DE PAR DE GIRO ESTA PROVISTO DE UNA SUPERFICIE ANULAR QUE DISCURRE DE PREFERENCIA AXIALMENTE Y QUE, REFERIDO AL SEGUNDO VOLANTE DE INERCIA, ESTA RETRANQUEADA RESPECTO DE LA SUPERFICIE ANULAR CON SU PARTE SITUADA RADIALMENTE POR FUERA DE LA SUPERFICIE ANULAR.
