Abstract

플라이휠은 두개의 동축 부재(12, 14), 즉 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트와 같은 구동 샤프트와 회전식으로 일체로 될 수 있게 설계된 제1매스(12)와, 기어박스의 입력 샤프트와 같은 피동 샤프트와 결합하도록 설계된 제2매스(14)를 포함한다. 상기 부재(12, 14)는 볼 베어링과 같은 베어링을 경유하여 동축으로 장착되며, 커플링 수단(32, 58)은 제2매스(14)를 제1매스(12)에 결합하도록 제공된다. 상기 제2부재(12)는 마찰 클러치의 반동 플레이트(12)를 형성하며, 이러한 목적을 위해 베어링(28)의 영역내의 배기 구멍(4)을 포함한 마찰면을 구비한다. 배기 구멍(4)은 플라이휠의 중심으로부터 누설되는 오일과 같은 윤활제를 수집하기 위해 베어링(28)위의 반경 방향으로 그 반동 플레이트(26)의 내부 에지 둘레에서 제2매스(14)에 제공된 홈(5)의 바닥으로 개방되어 있다. 플라이휠은 차량에 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하나의 매스(12)는 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트와 같은 구동 샤프트에 회전식으로 결합되기에 적합한 제1매스이며, 다른 하나(14)는 기어박스의 입력 샤프트와 같은 피동 샤프트에 결합되기에 적합한 제2매스인 두개의 동축 매스(12, 14)를 포함하는 형태이며, 상기 두개의 매스(12, 14)는 볼 베어링과 같은 삽입 베어링(28)을 통해 동축으로 장착되며, 커플링 수단(32, 58)은 제1매스(12)에 제2매스(14)를 결합하도록 삽입되며, 상기 제2매스(14)는 1차적으로 마찰 클러치의 반동 플레이트(26)를 구성하며 이러한 목적을 위해 마찰면을 제공하며, 2차적으로 베어링(28)의 영역내에서 배기구멍(4)를 포함하는 형태의 차량용 감쇠 플라이휠에 있어서, 상기 배기 구멍(4)은 감쇠 플라이휠의 중심에서 누설되는 오일과 같은 윤활제를 수집하기 위해 베어링(28)의 반경방향 외측으로 그 반동 플레이트(26)의 내주연부에서 제2매스(14)에 형성된 홈(5)의 기부내로 개방되어 있으며, 상기 홈(5)의 기부의 에지는 배기 구멍(4)에 의해 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 감쇠 플라이휠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 수단은, 제2매스(14)에 고정되고 제2매스(14)와 제1매스(12) 사이에서 축방향으로 위치되고, 적어도 하나의 밀봉 링(56B)을 수반하는 디스크(42)를 포함하며, 상기 마찰 링(56B)은 축방향으로 경사지고 편향기를 구성하는 벽부(90)를 구비하며, 상기 벽부는 배기 구멍의 반경방향 외측으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 감쇠 플라이휠.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 링은 저마찰계수의 층으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 감쇠 플라이휠.
