- 엔진의 크랭크샤프트에 결합되는 프라이머리휠과;상기 프라이머리휠과 결합되어 내부에 원형의 완충공간을 형성하는 프라이머리휠커버와;상기 프라이머리휠과 프라이머리휠커버의 결합면 중 상기 완충공간의 반경방향 외측부분에 끼워지며, 상기 프라이머리휠의 회전 중심축을 향하여 벌어진 단면형상을 가진 누유방지부재를 포함하여 구성됨과 더불어;상기 누유방지부재의 단면형상은 반경방향 외측에서 상기 프라이머리휠의 회전 중심축에 평행한 원주면을 이루는 기저부와, 상기 기저부로부터 반경방향 내측을 향해 양쪽으로 벌어진 두 연장부와, 상기 두 연장부 양단에서 각각 외측으로 돌출된 돌기부를 포함하여 구성되고;상기 누유방지부재의 벌어진 내부에는 상기 두 연장부를 더 벌어지게 하는 방향으로 탄성력을 인가하는 탄성부재가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 두 스프링연장부가 상기 프라이머리휠의 회전 중심축을 향하여 벌어진 단면형상을 가지고, 상기 누유방지부재의 연장부 내측에서 상기 누유방지부재의 연장부를 각각 외측으로 탄성적으로 지지하는 U자형단면의 링으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 누유방지부재는 폴리머재질로 형성되고;상기 U자형의 탄성부재는 금속재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
- 청구항 3 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 누유방지부재는 상기 프라이머리휠과 프라이머리휠커버의 결합면에 반경방향을 따라 복수개가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
- 청구항 3 내지 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 누유방지부재는 상기 프라이머리휠과 프라이머리휠커버의 결합면에 적어도 1개 이상 설치되고;상기 프라이머리휠과 프라이머리휠커버의 결합면에 상기 누유방지부재 외에 단순한 원형단면의 오링이 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼플라이휠.
