Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN SISTEMA DE COMBUSTION CON UN TUBO DE SUMINISTRO DE MEZCLA POR EL QUE FLUYE UNA MEZCLA DE CARBON PULVERIZADO Y AIRE DE COMBUSTION. LA MEZCLA ES INYECTADA EN EL HORNO MEDIANTE EL TUBO DE SUMINISTRO DE MEZCLA , INICIANDOSE LA IGNICION. UN ANILLO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LLAMA, QUE SE ESPARCE LA LLAMA RADIALMENTE Y HACIA EL EXTERIOR ESTA DISPUESTO EN EL EXTREMO DEL TUBO DE SUMINISTRO DE LA MEZCLA. EL ANILLO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LLAMA ES MANTENIDO BAJO UNA ATMOSFERA REDUCTORA Y EXPUESTO A LA ALTA TEMPERATURA ORIGINADA POR EL CALOR RADIANTE DEL HORNO. CON ESTA DISPOSICION, SE PUEDE PRODUCIR LA COMBUSTION SOBRE EL ANILLO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE LA LLAMA, ASI COMO LA PRODUCCION LA ESCORIA SOBRE DICHO ANILLO. PARA EVITAR ESTOS PROBLEMAS, UN ELEMENTO PROYECTADO SE EXTIENDE POR ENCIMA DEL ANILLO EN EL HORNO, Y LA RADIACION DEL CALOR DEL ANILLO DEL INTERIOR DEL HORNO SE REDUCE Y SE EVITA UN CRECIMIENTO EN EXCESO DE LA TEMPERATURA.
