Abstract
Herraje de articulación para asientos con respaldo graduable, en especial para vehículos de motor, en el que una pieza de articulación (5) fija, correspondiente a la parte (2) del asiento, y una pieza de articulación (7) basculable, unida al respaldo (4), forman un dispositivo de graduación de la inclinación y de fijación de la posición por medio de un mecanismo de engrane planetario excéntrico, realizándose los dentados del correspondiente piñón (10) y de la corona (11) con dentado interior mediante extrusión, por medio de una operación de extrusión en frío, con anchuras de dientes aproximadamente iguales al grosor del material de partida, de modo que en las zonas contiguas axialmente al dentado (35, 36, 72, 78, 121) del pinón (10, 67, 110, 120, 134) y de la corona (11, 76, 137) con dentado interior están configuradas unas zonas contiguas de anillos de material, con forma de anillos circulares (27, 61, 69, 77, 92, 111, 123, 135), caracterizado porque las zonas (27, 61, 69, 77, 92, 111, 123, 135) de anillo de material tienen un grosor (51, 54, 59, 73, 91, 105, 132, 136) de por lo menos el 28 % del grosor (37) del material de partida, porque a continuaciuón de las zonas (27, 61, 69, 77, 92, 111, 123, 135) de anillo de material están situadas, formando un ángulo plano, unas zonas de material (52, 56, 63, 74, 79, 99, 112, 125, 140) con forma de anillo cónico en los travesaños (43, 58, 129), y porque las superficies frontales de apoyo (33, 34) del pinón (10) y de la corona (11) con dentado interior están situadas en el plano central (31) del dentado (35, 36) del pinón (10) y de la corona con dentado interior o del plano central (31), frente a frente entre sí respectivamente, a la misma distancia (145).
