LA CDASA TERMICAMENTE ESTABLE PUEDE AISLARSE DEL "SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE". LA ENZIMA AISLADA DEL FERMENTO TIENE UN PESO MOLECULAR APROXIMADO DE 32 KDA, SEGUN LO DETERMINA LA CROMATOGRAFIA POR FILTRACION DE GELES, Y ESTA COMPUESTA DE DOS SUBUNIDADES, CADA UNA CON UN PESO MOLECULAR APROXIMADO DE 17 KDA.
