EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE (2-FENILO-1,2-BENZISOSELENOAZOL3(3H)-ONA DE FOMRULA (I). EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE: A) REDUCIR EL SELENO METALICO CON SULTOXILATO FORMALDEHIDO DE SODIO RONGALITA EN SOLUCIONES ACUOSALCALINAS DE SELENIURO SODICO ; B) TRANSFORMAR LOS SELENIUROS SODICOS OBTENIDOS CON ACIDOS ANTRANILICOS DIAZOTADO Y EN MEDIOS ALCALINOS PARA OBTENER LAS SALES SODICAS DE ACIDOS O DISELENOSDICILICO; C) TRATAR LOS ACIDOS O DISELENOSALICILICO CON TIONILCLORUROEN EXCESO PARA OBTENER CLORURO DE ACIDO DE O-CLOROSELENOBENZOICO Y D) TRANSFORMAR LOS CLORUROS DE ACIDO CLOROSELENOBENZOICO CON ANILINA EN SOLUCION ORGANICA.
