Abstract

Interruptor térmico bimetálico que tiene un soporte plano eléctricamente aislante (1), un muelle de contacto (8) que conduce la corriente a con mutar y que está fijado con uno de sus extremos en el soporte (1) y lleva en el otro extremo una pieza de contacto (9) que puede moverse bajo la acción de un elemento bimetálico (15) y que coopera con un contacto fijo (10), y al menos dos piezas terminales eléctricas (3, 4) fijadas al soporte (1), de las cuales una (4) está unida eléctricamente con el contacto fijo (10) dispuesto sobre el soporte (1) y la otra (3) lo está con el muelle de contacto (8), siendo el elemento bimetálico (15) un disco de resorte bimetálico separado del muelle de contacto (8) y dotado de una temperatura de conmutación prefijada, caracterizado porque el soporte (1) es una delgada placa de cerámica de óxido de aluminio y está provisto de vías conductoras (18), así como lleva una resistencia (17), que puentea eléctricamente el interruptor, y/o una resistencia en serie (60).
