一种用于突跳式温控器的双金属片,其特征在于双金属片一面是90~95wt%铝,0.8wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是72~83wt%的钛,8~10wt%锌,其余为锆的合金。较高膨胀系数的铝合金为主动层,较低膨胀系数的钛合金为被动层,在正常温度下,双金属片呈中间部位向上凸出的状态,整个电路处在接通状态;温度升高到一定温度时,主动层膨胀的比被动层多,呈中间部位向下凸出的状态,使动触点与定触点分离,至使电路断电。

技术领域
本发明涉及直流电机,尤其是汽车用永磁无刷直流电机。
背景技术
突跳式温控器是一种将定温后的双金属片作为热敏感反应组件,当产品主件温度增高或降低时所产生的热量传递到双金属片上,达到动作温度设定时迅速动作,通过机构作用使触点断开或闭合,达到接通或断开电路的目的,从而控制电路。
基于双金属片的特性,双金属片的上层为较高膨胀系数金属,为“主动层”,下层是较低膨胀系数金属,为“被动层”,在正常温度下,双金属片呈中间部位向上凸出的状态,整个电路处在接通状态;温度升高到一定温度时,主动层膨胀的比被动层多,呈中间部位向下凸出的状态,使动触点与定触点分离,至使电路断电。
当温度下降到碟形双金属片回复温度时,双金属片瞬间恢复原来的形状,动、定触点恢复接通。
但现有的双金属片抗腐蚀能力弱且灵敏度不够,严重影响其使用寿命,从而影响整个设备的可靠性和寿命。
发明内容
本发明一种灵敏度高、耐腐蚀的用于突跳式温控器的双金属片。
技术方案如下:
一种用于突跳式温控器的双金属片,其特征在于双金属片一面是90~95wt%铝,0.8wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是72~83wt%的钛,8~10wt%锌,其余为锆的合金。较高膨胀系数的铝合金为主动层,较低膨胀系数的钛合金为被动层,在正常温度下,双金属片呈中间部位向上凸出的状态,整个电路处在接通状态;温度升高到一定温度时,主动层膨胀的比被动层多,呈中间部位向下凸出的状态,使动触点与定触点分离,至使电路断电。
由于双金属片的铝合金一面在200摄氏度时膨胀系数大于20,而其钛合金一面在200摄氏度时膨胀系数小于10,这样双金属片的灵敏性很高,当温度升高到一定温度时,主动层膨胀程度的比被动层的多,呈中间部位向下凸出的状态,使动触点与定触点分离,至使电路断电,且采用合金材料,所以耐腐蚀性能也很强。
具体实施方式
在具体实施中,首先钛、锌、锆按照比例在惰性气体下融化,然后浇注,热轧为2mm一下的薄板,然后将铝、银、镁合金上面浇注2mm,冷却裁片即可得到本发明的双金属片。
优化方案一,铝合金中的铝含量为93wt%。
优化方案一,钛合金中的铝含量为79wt%。

1.一种用于突跳式温控器的双金属片,其特征在于温控器的双金属片一面是90~95wt%铝,0.8wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是72~83wt%的钛,8~10wt%锌,其余为锆的合金,较高膨胀系数的铝合金为主动层,较低膨胀系数的钛合金为被动层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双金属片,其特征在于铝合金中的铝含量为93wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的双金属片,其特征在于钛合金中的铝含量为79wt%。
