Abstract

本发明提供一种突跳式温控器,其特征在于温控器的双金属圆片一面是89~96wt%铝,1wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是70~85wt%的钛,7~11wt%锌其余为锆的钛合金,这样铝合金的一面在200摄氏度整体膨胀系数大于20,而钛合金一面膨胀系数小于10,这样金属圆片的灵敏性很高,而且由于是合金材料,耐腐蚀性能很高,可靠性强,广泛应用于温控范围在-50~300摄氏度的电器产品。

本发明涉及温控器,尤其是突跳式温控器。
背景技术
突跳式温控器是一种将定温后的双金属圆片作为热敏感反应组件,当产品主件温度增高或降低时所产生的热量传递到双金属圆片上,达到动作温度设定时迅速动作,通过机构作用使触点断开或闭合,达到接通或断开电路的目的,从而控制电路。双金属材料的碟形片作为感受温度的元件(利用封盖传递热量)在温度上升(或下降)到动作温度时,在瞬间产生突跳动作,该动作被陶瓷的动作杆传递到弹性零件——动触点支架。动触点和定触点分别铆接在动触点支架和牛角上,动触点支架被动作杆推动后,动触和定触点分离,从而使电路断开。当温度下降到碟形双金属片回复温度时,双金属瞬间恢复原来的形状,施在动作杆上的压力消除,动、定触点恢复接通。
但很多单一的金属片,抗腐蚀能力弱,这样影响使用寿命,从而整体影响整个设备的可靠性和寿命。
发明内容
本发明一种寿命长的突跳式温控器。
技术方案如下:
一种突跳式温控器,其特征在于温控器的双金属圆片一面是89~96wt%铝,1wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是70~85wt%的钛,7~11wt%锌,其余为锆的钛合金。
由此可以产生以下进步效果:铝合金的一面在200摄氏度整体膨胀系数大于20,而钛合金一面膨胀系数小于10,这样金属圆片的灵敏性很高,而且由于是合金材料,耐腐蚀性能很高,可靠性强。
具体实施方式
在具体实施中,首先钛铝,锌,锆按照比例在惰性气体下融化,然后浇注,热轧为2mm一下的薄板,然后将铝,银,镁合金上面浇注2mm,冷却裁片即可得到本发明的双金属圆片。
优化方案一,铝合金中的铝含量为92~94wt%。
优化方案一,钛合金中的铝含量为75~80wt%。
本发明的温控器可广泛应用于温控范围在-50~300摄氏度的电器产品。

1.一种突跳式温控器,其特征在于温控器的双金属圆片一面是89~96wt%铝,1wt%银,其余为镁的铝合金,一面是70~85wt%的钛,7~11wt%锌,其余为锆的合金。
2.如权利要求1所述的突跳式温控器,其特征在于铝合金中的铝含量为92~94wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的突跳式温控器,其特征在于钛合金中的铝含量为75~80wt%。
