UN APARATO PARA OBTENCION DE METAL QUE UTILIZA MINERAL CRUDO QUE CONTIENE UN OXIDO METALICO Y QUE ESTA EN EL ESTADO DE PARTICULAS EN UN AMPLIO INTERVALO DE TAMAÑO, COMPRENDIENDO UN HORNO DE PRERREDUCCION EN ESTADO SOLIDO (F2) PARA REDUCIR PRELIMINARMENTE MINERAL CRUDO EN UN ESTADO SOLIDO Y EN HORNO DE REDUCCION POR FUSION (F1) PARA FUNDIR Y REDUCIR FINAMENTE EL MINERAL PRERREDUCIDO EN UN ESTADO FUNDIDO. CON EL FIN DE HACER POSIBLE EL USO DE PARTICULAS DE MINERAL CRUDO EN UN AMPLIO INTERVALO DE TAMAÑO SIN PRETRATAMIENTO NECESARIO, COMO TRITURACION O PELETIZACION, PARTICULAS DE MINERAL CRUDO DE TAMAÑO MAS GRANDE (7A,7B) SON PRERREDUCIDO EN EL HORNO DE PRERREDUCCION (F2) FORMANDO UN LECHO FLUIDIZADO EN SU DISTRIBUIDOR (6) MIENTRAS PARTICULAS DE TAMAÑO MAS PEQUEÑO (7C) SON PRERREDUCIDAS MIENTRAS SE RECIRCULAN A TRAVES DEL HORNO DE PRERREDUCCION. POR DESCARGA DEL HORNO DE PRERREDUCCION, LAS PARTICULAS DE MINERAL PRERREDUCIDAS DE TAMAÑO MAS GRANDE SON RECARGADAS POR GRAVEDAD EN EL HORNO DE REDUCCION POR FUSION (F1).
