EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE UNOS ELEMENTOS (7,8) PARA PRECARGAR RAPIDAMENTE EL CAPACITOR (C) DEL FILTRO (3),CUANDO LA CARGA ESTA CONECTADA. EL INTERVALO DE TIEMPO INICIAL DURANTE EL CUAL LA SEÑAL DE SALIDA DEL COMPARADOR NO ES REPRESENTATIVA DE LA PRESENCIA O AUSENCIA DE UN CORTOCIRCUITO SE REDUCE DE ESTE MODO. APLICACION EN EL CONTROL DE ACTUADORES DE LOS SISTEMAS ELECTRONICOS DE VEHICULOS DE MOTOR.
