Abstract

E' descritto un circuito di protezione contro l'aumento della corrente di uscita per un circuito integrato comprendente un dispositivo di potenza (3) che pilota un carico risonante (L) collegato ad un'alimentazione e un circuito di comando (2) per l'accensione e lo spegnimento del dispositivo di potenza (3). Il circuito di protezione comprende un circuito di bloccaggio (1) atto a provocare la disattivazione del circuito di comando (2) e lo spegnimento del dispositivo di potenza (3) quando la corrente che percorre il dispositivo di potenza (3) raggiunge un valore massimo prestabilito. Il circuito di protezione comprende inoltre primi e secondi mezzi circuitali (R1, C1, 8, E1, T1, C2, TP4) atti a controllare il funzionamento del circuito di bloccaggio (1) in corrispondenza di un primo e un secondo sottomassa (V1, V2) della tensione (Vc) ai capi del dispositivo di potenza (3).(Fig. 1)
