Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When DC output voltage is dropped by voltage drop or breakage of AC input electric source 11 terminal voltage of smoothing condenser 23 is dropped, and instead of it, a condenser 36 for driving in low voltage detecting circuit is started to hold normal voltage. Reverse current to the smoothing condenser 23 in discharged current of the condenser 36 is prevented by diodes 37, and standard voltage of Zener diodes 32 for driving voltage of the voltage comparator 31 and standard voltage is held. Then, drop of DC output voltage Vdc is detected the by voltage comparatot 31, and the output transistors are cut off. Therefore, a relay 41 is held in non-driving state through the Zener diodes 42 or resistances, brake contact point is not braked, alarm is outputted, and load is protected from low voltage abnormality.
