EL PRESENTE INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE COMPUESTOS FARMACEUTICOS SOLIDOS, PREFERENTEMENTE CAPSULAS DE GELATINA BLANDAS; QUE CONTIENEN UN INGREDIENTE ACTIVO SENSIBLE A LA LUZ OPCIONALMENTE POCO SOLUBLE EN AGUA, PREFERENTEMENTE NIFEDIPINA [4-(2''-NITROFENIL)-2, 6-DIMETIL-3, 5-DIMETOXI-CARBONIL-1, 4-DIHIDROPIRIDINA], JUNTO A SOPORTES Y/O AGENTES AUXILIARES CONVENCIONALES, CONSISTENTE EN LA INCORPORACION DE UN COLORANTE VEGETAL EN EL RELLENO DE LA CAPSULA Y OPCIONALMENTE EN LA PARED DE LA CAPSULA PARA ASEGURAR UNA PROTECCION FIABLE CONTRA LA LUZ DURANTE LAS OPERACIONES DE FABRICACION Y RELLENADO, Y MEJORAR LA SOLUBILIDAD DE LA NIFEDIPINA EN ALGUNOS SOPORTES.
