Claims (9)

  1. Kosmetikbehälter (1) zum Abgeben eines kosmetischen Produkts, der geeignet ist, einen kosmetischen Inhalt enthaltenden Einsatz (3) aufzunehmen, wobei der Behälter eine zentrale X-Achse aufweist und ein Unterteil (2) umfasst, das ein Reservoir (21) mit einem darauf angeordneten Hals (22) umfasst, wobei das Reservoir (21) einen Hohlraum bildet, der zur Aufnahme des Einsatzes (3) geeignet ist, nach oben geöffnet ist und durch einen Deckel verschlossen werden kann, wobei der Hals (22) des Unterteils (2) einen unteren ringförmigen Bereich (23) zur Befestigung an dem Deckel (5) und einen oberen ringförmigen Bereich (24) zur Befestigung an dem Einsatz (3) aufweist, wobei der Hals (22) eine Axialsperre und eine Drehsperre für den Einsatz (3) im Unterteil (2) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Axialsperre und die Drehsperre voneinander unabhängig sind.
  2. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Axialsperre teilweise durch eine Rippe (28) gebildet wird, die auf dem oberen ringförmigen Bereich (24) des Unterteils (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Rippe (28) radial orientiert ist.
  3. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere ringförmige Bereich (24) des Halses (22) verjüngt ist, wobei der untere ringförmige Bereich (23) von dem oberen ringförmigen Bereich (24) durch einen äußeren Absatz (26) mit kontinuierlichem Profil abgegrenzt ist, auf dem ein Flansch des Einsatzes (3) nach dem Positionieren des Einsatzes (3) im Unterteil (2) aufliegen kann.
  4. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehsperre für den Einsatz (3) teilweise durch eine Aussparung (27) gebildet wird, die an dem äußeren Absatz (26) des Unterteils (2) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Absatz (26) eine Vielzahl von Steigflächen (20) und Rückkehrbereichen (29) aufweist, wobei jede Steigfläche (20) an einem Rückkehrbereich (29) endet und jede Steigfläche (20) nach einem Rückkehrbereich (29) beginnt, und wobei jeder Rückkehrbereich (29) einen Übergang zwischen zwei Steigflächen (20) bildet, um so das kontinuierliche Profil des äußeren Absatzes (26) auszugestalten.
  6. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (27) am Anfang einer Steigfläche (20) unmittelbar nach einem Rückkehrbereich 29 angeordnet ist.
  7. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippe (28) von einem Rückkehrbereich (29) aus erstreckt.
  8. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Kunststoff ausgeführt ist.
  9. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteil (2) aus Glas ausgeführt ist.
