Claims (15)

  1. Behälter (1) zum Ausgeben eines Kosmetikprodukts, umfassend:
    - eine Basis (2), die geeignet ist, eine Schale (34) aufzunehmen, die das Produkt enthält;

    - eine mittlere Plattform (4) zum Halten der Schale (34) in Position, wobei sich diese Plattform (4) zwischen der Basis (2) und dem Deckel (3) befindet,
    der Behälter Mittel zum Bremsen des Deckels (3) bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss umfasst, die sich im hinteren Teil des Behälters (1) befinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Plattform (4) zwischen einer Schließposition, die geeignet ist, die Schale (34) einzuspannen, und einer Öffnungsposition, die die Entnahme der Schale (34) erlaubt, drehbeweglich ist, wobei die Plattform über eine zweite Schwenkverbindung im hinteren Teil des Behälters (1) mit der Basis (2) verbunden ist,
    und dadurch, dass der Behälter ebenfalls Mittel zum Bremsen der Plattform (4) bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss umfasst, die sich im hinteren Teil des Behälters (1) befinden.
  2. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Schwenkverbindung Metallstifte sind.
  3. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen des Deckels (3) unabhängig von den Mitteln zum Bremsen der Plattform (4) sind.
  4. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Teile, aus denen er besteht, aus einem gleichen Material konzipiert sind.
  5. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Material aus Kunststoff besteht.
  6. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verwendete Kunststoffe PET ist.
  7. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen des Deckels (3) aus einem ersten Nockensystem bestehen, das eine Einengung zwischen zwei Elementen bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss des Deckels (3) bewirkt, und die Einengung in der offenen Position und der geschlossenen Position des Deckels (3) unterdrückt.
  8. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element des ersten Nockensystems zur Basis (2) gehört und das zweite Element zum Deckel (3) gehört, wobei die zwei Elemente bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss des Deckels (3) ineinander eingreifen, wobei die zwei Elemente in der offenen Position und in der geschlossenen Position des Deckels (3) nicht mehr ineinander eingreifen.
  9. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element aus mindestens einer Lasche (11) besteht, die sich zur Außenseite der Basis (2) erstreckt, und das zweite Element aus mindestens einer Rippe (47) besteht, die sich ausgehend von einer Umfangswand des Deckels (3) erstreckt, wobei die Rippe (47) ein abgerundetes Profil (31) aufweist, an das sich die Lasche (11) reibt, wenn die zwei Elemente (11, 47) ineinander eingreifen.
  10. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Bremsen der Plattform (4) aus einem zweiten Nockensystem bestehen, das bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss der Plattform (4) eine Einengung zwischen zwei Elementen bewirkt, und die Einengung in der offenen Position und der geschlossenen Position der Plattform (4) unterdrückt.
  11. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element des zweiten Nockensystems zur Basis (2) gehört und das zweite Element zur Plattform (4) gehört, wobei die zwei Elemente bei der Öffnung und bei dem Verschluss der Plattform (4) ineinander eingreifen, wobei die zwei Elemente in der offenen Position und in der geschlossenen Position der Plattform (4) nicht mehr ineinander eingreifen.
  12. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element aus mindestens einem Lappen (12) besteht, der sich ausgehend von der Basis (2) erstreckt, und das zweite Element aus mindestens einem Verkeilungsvorsprung (27) besteht, der sich ausgehend von der Plattform (4) in Richtung der Basis (2) erstreckt, wobei der Lappen (12) ein abgerundetes Profil (35) aufweist, an dem sich der Verkeilungsvorsprung (27) reibt, wenn die zwei Elemente (12, 27) ineinander eingreifen.
  13. Behälter (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel zum Verkeilen der Plattform (4) in der Schließposition umfasst.
  14. Behälter (1) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wenn er von Anspruch 12 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verkeilen der Plattform (4) in der Schließposition aus einer Vertiefung (16) bestehen, die im Lappen (12) ausgeführt ist, und in der der Verkeilungsvorsprung (27) in der Schließposition der Plattform (4) untergebracht ist, wobei die Vertiefung (16) und der Verkeilungsvorsprung (27) zusammengehörige Formen aufweisen.
  15. Montage, umfassend einen Behälter (1), wie in einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche beschrieben, und umfassend eine Schale (34), die das Kosmetikprodukt enthält und im Inneren der Basis (2) des Behälters (1) untergebracht ist.
