Claims (11)

  1. Ausgabekapsel (3), die aufweist:
    a) einen auf einen ein Produkt flüssiger bis viskoser Konsistenz enthaltenden Behälter (21) aufzusetzenden Körper (32) aus steifem oder halbsteifem Material, der mit einer Öffnung (4) zur Ausgabe des Produkts versehen ist;
    b) einen Deckel (5) aus steifem oder halbsteifem Material, der die Öffnung (4) verschließen kann, wobei dieser Deckel (5) mittels eines eine Achse (A) definierenden Scharniers (8) an den Körper (32) angelenkt ist, um selektiv von einer offenen Stellung in eine geschlossene Stellung übergehen zu können, und mit dem Körper (32) über ein Verbindungselement (10) verbunden ist, dessen eines Ende fest mit dem Deckel (5) verbunden ist, während das andere Ende fest mit dem Körper (32) verbunden ist, wobei das Verbindungselement (10) so angeordnet ist, daß es sich in der offenen Stellung auf einer ersten Seite der Achse (A) und in der geschlossenen Stellung auf einer zweiten Seite der Achse (A), entgegengesetzt zur ersten, befindet, wobei das Verbindungselement (10) eine Streckung erfährt, wenn der Deckel (5) von einer Stellung in die andere übergeht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (10) aus einem Elastomermaterial besteht, des physikalisch-chemisch mit dem steifen oder halbsteifen Material kompatibel ist und durch Wärmeschmelzen eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen den beiden Materialien erzeugen kann.
  2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (10) durch Bi-Injektion geformt wird.
  3. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das steife oder halbsteife Material aus Polypropylen oder Polyethylen ausgewählt wird.
  4. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das thermoplastische Elastomermaterial unter den Elastomeren der Propylen/Ethylen-Copolymeren; den Polyether-Blockamiden; den Polyvinylen, den Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren (EPDM) ; den sequentiellen Styrol-Butadien-Polymeren (SBS); den sequenziellen Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymeren (SEBS-SIS); den thermoplastischen Polyurethanen, den Mischungen von Polypropylen mit einem der folgenden Elastomere: sequenzielle Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS); Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM), sequenzielle Styrol-Butadien-Polymere (SBS) ausgewählt wird.
  5. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verankerungsmittel (12, 13, 14) vorgesehen sind, um die Befestigung des Verbindungselements (10) am Körper (32) bzw. am Deckel (5) zu verstärken.
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungsmittel aus einer Leiste (12, 13) bestehen, die in das Element (10) eingesenkt ist.
  7. Kapsel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (32) und/oder der Dekkel (5) mit einer Greifzone (9, 95) versehen ist, die eine Schicht aus Elastomermaterial aufweist.
  8. Kapsel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (5) eine Spitze (6) aufweist, die die Öffnung (4) abdichtet, und daß in der Abdichtungsstellung ein Belag (72) aus Elastomermaterial zwischen die Spitze und die Öffnung eingefügt ist, um eine Dichtheit zwischen der Spitze (6) und der Öfnung (4) zu gewährleisten.
  9. Kapsel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (6) mit Elastomermaterial gefüllt ist.
  10. Kapsel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (6) eine ringförmige Dichtung (11) aus Elastomermaterial aufweist, die mit einem Umfangsrand (51) des Deckels (5) in dichtem Kontakt steht, wenn der Deckel in der zugeklappten Stellung ist.
  11. Ausgabeeinrichtung für ein flüssiges Produkt, die einen ein flüssiges Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (21) aufweist, der mit einer Ausgabekapsel (1) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapsel einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 entspricht.
